Started in the Year 1996 By Mrs. Gladys Crasto , her main aim was to make children enjoy their studies and make Parents realize the difference between a School and a Tutorial . That’s the main reason she always stuck to the principle of teaching small batch of students only so that each child gets the attention he/she deserves . This thought process was taken ahead by her son Mr. Glen Crasto (Computer Software Engineer , MBA , Public Speaking Trainer , Educationist ) who revolutionized the concept of the word Tuitions . He saw to it that with education , every student who associates with Glen Tutorials becomes an all rounder . Be it General Knowledge , Personality Development , Career Guidance , Public Speaking , Behavior , Discipline etc .. if its to be said in simple words – he concentrated on the Holistic Development of every student . According to Glen Sir and Gladys Teacher , only getting good grades in exams is not enough for the present times , nor the future but being an all rounder is what actually counts, that’s the main reason why each and every pass out of Glen Tutorials has got nothing but success and are doing extremely well for themselves and for their families .
